We use the Medical Service Availment Information that we collect generally to fulfill any medical services availed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping of medical documents, and providing you with invoices and/or medical service confirmations). Additionally, we use this Medical
Service Availment Information to:
Screen our your availed; and
If it is in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with
information or advertising relating to our services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable data privacy laws and regulations, to respond to lawful requests for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.
You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, blocked, or deleted.

When you avail of a medical service through the Site, we will maintain your Medical Service Availment Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

In undergoing this post medical evaluation, I acknowledge that the medical clinic and the manning agency/ship owner are entitled to receive medical reports, results and other relevant information.
They may use the information found therein for any legal purpose that they may deem proper. Hence, I shall not hold the medical clinic, its owner/s, physicians, or employees liable, nor make any claim against them whatsoever, in connection with the communication or disclosure of the information contained.
Copies of my medical examinations, test results, medical reports, medical certificates will be released ONLY to the manning agency/ship owner unless written permission to do otherwise is secured from the manning agency/ship owner.
